New Phone

So after a long wait I finally got my new phone a T-Mobile G 1!!!!!!!!
This is by far the coolest phone I have ever own. I can check email, play games, surf the net load programs for my golf game(which I think is over for the season) it just kicks butt. I know I will hear about this but I don't care the coolest app. I have found is called My Closet. I can take pics. of all my clothes and it will coordinate them for me. To all the guys that are going to give my crap about this I have this to say back. You are just jealous of how great I look these days. I did have a little scar with it today but Dan (my boss) was able to fix it. So to wrap it up I think I have a great new toy.

I have nothing to write about

So I was thinking the other day that i should write something on my blog and then it hit me I have nothing to write about. So lets just look over the last week. Ann and the kids were in town, so I spent some time hanging out with them. We all went to Slim Time at church and had a lot of fun. I went to the 20 - 30 halloween party at church and was a jock. I even ware a baseball hat which I gave to Jim this morning as baseball hat are very pedestrian. Oh that reminds me I not a new hat the other week and it looks very good it is a grey homburg. While the pic is not my hat they do look the same. Not a hat for very day but it does go very well with my suits. I think that is about all for now.

The joy of new clothes

While I was in Denver My sister and I went clothes shopping. I pretty much got a whole new wardrobe. Not to get a big head but I must say that I look pretty good in it and I clean up very good. I bought several suits and wore one to church on Sunday. I think I gave several people a heart attack as no one in that part of my life has ever seen me so dressed. I also must say that it feels pretty damn good to look that good. Now while I enjoyed wearing the suit I will still wear some nicer clothes at times like some nice jeans and button down shirt. But I have a feeling that the days of the Chuck Taylor All Stars and Tee-Shirts are gone for me. So world get ready for the new Dave. One more things thanks for all your help Ann.

The strongest person I know

I would have to say that the strongest person know is my sister Ann. After spending 10 days with her and the family in Denver I am still amazed how she does it all. Get the kids up, feed them, take them to school, do the shopping, cooks dinner, puts them to bed and then do it again the next day. Now don't get me wrong I love the kids very much but they can be a hand full and a half. She does this all and I don't think they said thqanks once. I know kids will be kids but to do that every day with out a thanks would wear on me very fast. I kown that James helps out but he is at work all day and gets to see some change of events threw out the day but Ann is going at it all the time. Oh and she tries to keep the house clean which I know because I have house sitted for them many times and on a few occations she made me come over and clean up a mess I may have left. She gets few days off a year and never any over time I know that I would never want her job. Even for all the money in the world. So to my Super Strong Sister I say ANN YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The joys of vaction.

So I have been on vacation in Denver CO for almost a week now. I have had a great time but am starting to wonder why people have kids. Now don't get me wrong here I love spending time with Porter, Quaid and Ivie but I get to go home or have Mom and Dad deal with them after the fun ends and the work starts. I still say my sister is one of the strongest people I know I don't get how she does it all and still has a smile on her face. So the rest of the trip has been fun. Ann and I have done a lot of shopping over the last few days and I now have a whole new set of clothes to wear when I get back in town. Monday we went to the suhie Den and had a great meal and after that Ann James and I went and had a drink and played some darts at a Scottish bar Ann won. I went to the Sunday morning Scum of the Earth Church which was fun I'm having dinner with the pastor (my friend Tim) Thursday night. Tonight Ann and I are watching a movie while James studies for his last boared exam. The rest of the week will be spent having some fun and just hanging out with my family. That is all for now.
